As Aviva continues its brand building campaign, they are about to launch a major initiative to show their customers “We are building insurance around you.”
My Aviva, a personalized policyholder website, will provide customers the ability to access policy information and make simple change requests without calling the Home Office.
Giving customers self-service options should reduce the volume of calls into our Customer Service centers, allowing us to be more responsive to customer needs. It will also allow our valued producers more time to spend on relationships and prospecting.
