Tom is the Chairman of Kestler Financial Group, Inc., and has been involved in the financial planning field for over 30 years. A graduate of Millersville State University, Tom also graduated from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO, for which he acted as an adjunct instructor and carries the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

Stephanie is the Relationship Manager in our Life Support Division. She case manages all of our life, disability and long term care applications.
Stephanie has great working relationships with all of our carriers and knows who to go to get things done.
Stephanie’s background includes working for two large P&C carriers in the captive insurance space. She has 10+ years of experience working with insurance advisors training them on product knowledge, technical skills, sales methods and marketing plans.
Mike joins Kestler with a strong life insurance background, working previously for a large life carrier starting out as an Internal Wholesaler and then as a Relationship Manager.
He holds a Series 6 and Series 63 license and has a passion for educating life insurance strategies to advisors to help them grow their business.
He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati – College Conservatory of Music where he studied Double Bass Orchestral Studies, plays in local orchestras and teaches private music lessons to younger Double Bass players.
Ken Turscak, FALU, FLMI, ACS
In his role, Ken is responsible for the overall underwriting strategy and service offering.
Ken brings more than 23 years of experience in the insurance industry with approximately 20 of those years in underwriting and underwriting management. Ken earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio.
Gerri Bishop, FALU, CLU, FLMI, AIAA, ACS
Gerri Bishop, FALU, CLU, FLMI, AIAA, ACS brings 22 years of experience in the insurance industry.
This includes roles with Genworth Financial, as a field underwriter for an independent life insurance agent and most recently as Director of Underwriting for a major Brokerage General Agency (BGA) in the Southeast.
Rick Lawton, FALU, ALMI, ARA, ACS
Rick brings twenty-two (22) years of experience as a financial advisor, Underwriting Manager for a BGA and most recently a Senior Underwriter for a life carrier to his role as Director of Member Underwriting Services.
His ten (10) years of experience as an advisor brings with it a relatability and first-hand understanding of the daily challenges and issues agents are faced with on a daily basis.
Will Walker, FLMI. ACS
Will spent 6 years underwriting with two San Diego based BGA's; CBIZ Special Risk and Advance Planning Services.
With both companies his primary responsibilities included packaging, underwriting and negotiating the best possible offer on large cases. Will is a graduate of San Diego State University; he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
